Friends and Family Test results for June

Uncategorised

Please see our Friends and family test results. 75% of respondents (28 in total this month) found our service “Good” or “Very Good”. Many of the negative reviews were around access. We have taken this on board and have recruited two new staff members at reception so that calls can be answered more quickly and queries dealt with in a timely way. Thankyou for all your support.
