The Tower Hamlets C-Card Scheme
The Tower Hamlets C-Card Scheme is for Young Persons aged between 13 and 24.
If you are under 16, you can register for a c-card by visiting your nearest outlet that provides the registration service. Click here to find an outlet near you.
If you are 16 or over, you have the option to register online or at an outlet.
All information is confidential, and we will not store your postcode or email address, these will be deleted as soon as your registration is complete.

Come Correct condom distribution scheme
Young people, aged 25 years old and under, can register onto this pan-London scheme to obtain free condoms. Visit any of the easy access points (EAPs) displaying the Come Correct logo. There are 65 EAPs in the borough. https://www.compass-uk.org/
