This service is for routine and non-urgent appointments.
- For urgent medical issues, please contact NHS 111.
- For life-threatening emergencies, call 999 immediately.
For non-appointment issues such as medication requests, Fit (sick) notes, doctor’s letters, or if you have a query about your recent referral, please use the “Other Requests and Queries” tab.
Your request will be triaged by the Duty GP.
The GP will assess when you need to be seen — this could be on the same day or within the next 14 days. The Team will contact you within two days to update you.
Depending on your needs, the GP may arrange an appointment for you with one of the following:
- A doctor
- A nurse
- A healthcare assistant (HCA)
- A physiotherapist
- Our clinical pharmacist
You may also be referred to your local Community Pharmacy or booked in with the local HUB, which is also open on weekends.
